As a Middle Officer in the Operations division, you are a part of a vibrant, cross-functional team. You take part in every PostTrading activity by keeping an eye on the risk, maintaining the profitability, and responding to client needs.
Working in a brokerage setting requires you to manage various financial products across numerous markets and with numerous counterparties.
Your everyday actions are guided by ensuring client satisfaction, our company's financial success, and a significant decrease in risk from the time our clients sign on until the conclusion of their operations.
Working closely with the risk, compliance, and IT departments, you are a member of a team.

You participate in the following tasks:
- Client onboarding: Static Data setup and order routing & netting rules
- Products repository management
- Communication with FrontOffice, Customers or Custodians for the management of their requests
- Trades allocation booking and confirmation
- Pre-matching and matching of operations in Europe, Asia, and US markets
- Settlement follow up
- Stock Lending&Borrowing moniroting for short coverage
- Corporate Action monitoring
- End of day reporting
- Controls and monitoring of operations risk
- Reconciliation
- P&L reporting
- Billing and Payment
- KPIs follow up and participation in the actions plan to improve our process
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Higher education, business school ;
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in a similar position ;
- Improvement analysis capacity ;
- Great communication and team spirit
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools ;
