Leading Real Estate Company is now looking for a Security Manager to join their Dubai Office.
The purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for ensuring the efficient operation of Security, Housekeeping departments etc. Also responsible for providing the best secure living environment to our high end residence and commercial properties.
Main Responsibilities:
· Monitor and Supervise Security Guards, Housekeeping employees’ day to day activities
· Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the entire company premises and site
· Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
· Doing the risk assessment, reporting the damages
· Test and conduct daily checking on all security equipment
· To monitor all electronic security systems including fire alarms, CCTV and be competent in their operation
· Develop and implement site specific SOP’s
· Develop technique of training, motivating, retaining and best potential of security work-force.
· Preparing and maintaining work schedule, including Job rotation, cover for absenteeism, training and vacation.
· To ensure that all security officers are punctual and dressed appropriately as per the company policy.
· Reviews daily incident reports and investigates where necessary by obtaining statements from parties involved in incident.
· Plan and conduct monthly meeting to maintain excellent service level.
· Execution of Evacuation and Emergency response plans.
· Ensuring seamless communication between Securities, House Keeping department and other site based client groups.
· Coordinate security operations or activities with Dubai Police, Civil Defense, DPS, Municipality and Security Industry Regulatory Agency.
· Monitor and evaluate performance levels of employees.
· Handling the fire alarm system
· Daily briefing with team, share the new information with them.
· Making suggestions to improve the team’s performance in their daily routine schedule
· Keeping all the security team updated with latest safety and security training
· Execution of other task ordered by the company management
Requirements
· Valid UAE Driving License
· Must be a Graduate
· Must possess SIRA Certification and License
· Certification in firefighting and CPR first aid Certification (optional)
· Minimum 7 years working experience in same filed, out of which min.3-5 years of UAE working experience is required
