Core Duties & Responsibilities
1. To send any relevant documents for printing as instructed by the respective Academic Executive or Dean.
2. To key in and update any related data in the EMS.
3. To assist new and returning students in subject registration and add and drop.
4. To prepare filing for subject registration forms, add and drop forms, exemption forms/lists and etc.
5. To prepare and dispatch correspondences when required by the respective Academic Executives.
6. To do filing, photocopying, making calls and documentation, etc. as instructed by the respective Academic Executives.
7. To handle documents related to part-time / freelance lecturers such as PT lecturers’ claim forms, cheques, etc.
8. To maintain and update documents at faculty level, such as staff profile, new staff thumbprint registration forms, industrial training documents, ISO documents, absenteeism letters, training files for new staff, tagging of teaching files, etc.
9. To handle collection / distribution of mails, documents.
10. To update and print TAS, leave records of staff at faculty.
11. To put up notices for class cancellations / postponement.
12. To check claims for extra teaching allowances.
13. To key in credit transfers / exemptions for students.
14. To assist Dean, HoP and AE from time to time, as instructed.
Job Specifications: Experience, Education Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an academic institution.
Education Qualification
Diploma in the relevant field preferably Business / Communication / Social Science / Secretarial Science or equivalent

Working conditions & Physical requirements
Normal working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
